- 1 cup sweet chopped coconut
- CREAM CREAM CREAM
- 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- DECORATE
- 4 cups chopped sweet coconut
- 1 cup chopped green coconut
- fresh lime slices
Instructions for preparing coconut rolls with whipped cream filling
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 11 x 17 inch jelly pan with nonstick spray. Line the mold with parchment paper
